Precautions we are taking due to COVID-19

Updated: Mar 20, 2020

Until the current pandemic is under control, we may experience some business interruptions, and are taking the following precautions to best serve our clients.

Effective this week, we will be conducting all consultations by phone or video conference.

We will have reduced staffing in the office for the time being, and many of us will be working from home. We may call you through Google's conferencing service, which uses (347) 450-6962 as a bridging number (will appear on caller ID). We may not be able to accept incoming calls, so please pick up the phone if you see this number.

During this time, email will be the most reliable method of communication.

Our video service is through Google Meet. At your scheduled appointment time, we will send you an email with a link to join a meeting. You can join that meeting via an internet-connected computer with a camera and microphone. You do not need a Google account to be able to join the video conference. In the alternative, you can download the "Google Meet" app to your smart phone. At the end of your consultation, we can either email or mail the necessary documents to you to sign.

In the event we are unable to make it to the office, we may call you from phone numbers other than our (212) 766-xxxx office numbers.

In the event of telephone service interruption, we should still have email access. Our email addresses are as follows:

We are taking these precautions to ensure the safety of our staff and our clients. If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to contact us at (212) 766-5800.
